On Wednesday 28th June, Year 5 went for an experience day at Ash Manor. For the first session they were split into three groups and each group got to take part in different activities. Lowry took part in dance and had to perform the Haka in a girls vs boys competition. Lloyd Webber had an art session where they learnt to blend colours. Holst played drama games, which were very entertaining. During the second session all children took part in science where they burnt different chemicals to create different colours. After a busy lunch provided by Ash Manor the children then enjoyed a whole afternoon of  trampolining. It was an amazing day and the children thoroughly  enjoyed it.

“I really enjoyed science because I liked how the chemicals changed colour.”

- Eleanor W (Lloyd Webber)
