YEAR 3/4 VISIT TO DAPDUNE WHARF
On Monday and Tuesday, Year 3 and 4 visited Dapdune Wharf, a National Trust site in
Guildford, to do a river study for their topic of water. Whilst there, we took part in a session handling artefacts found in the River Wey over time, a tour of the site, including a opportunity to go on a barge and a river study where we used oranges to test the speed of the river flow in different parts of the river! Much fun was had by all and the children thoroughly enjoyed it!
