On Thursday 14th July, Walsh held a Number Ninja maths competition for the Year 5 and 6 children. Each class were represented by a team of 6 children who worked very hard answering a mixture of arithmetic type questions while the rest of the children joined in too. Everybody enjoyed the event while revising key learning on times tables and related division facts, fractions, decimals and percentages. The scores were extremely close between the six classes.
Congratulations and well done to Walliams class who won!
“The Number Ninjas was very enjoyable and competitive. We all wanted to win! Some of the questions were a bit tricky but it helped me revise my maths.”
